Tottenham got back on track midweek with a comfortable 2-0 win over new boys Sheffield Utd. In fact they were very impressive, Berbatov claiming his first goal , but the attacking foursome of Keane, Defoe, Lennon and the Bulgarian did look very dangerous, and will cause most teams alot of headaches at the back this season. Everton have had an indifferent start to their campaign. They were very lucky to beat Watford on the opening day, while they scraped a 1-1 draw away to Blackburn, after a very late equaliser.

Tottenham are going to be a major force in the Premiership this year, especially at home, and I think they can claim a Champions League spot this time around. Their home form is going to be key for them , and they need to win games such as these. I think they will take all three points here today - Everton have conceded a goal in each of their games, and I don't see them having the firepower up front and the options that Martin Jol's Spurs team has.

Everton could have easily lost their first game with Watford, if the correct decisions had been made by the ref - and they were lucky to snatch a draw at Blackburn. Tottenham can simply outscore Everton today.  The 4/6 on offer with Betfred (Free £100 Bet), looks pretty tasty for a home win. I think these odds will be shorter come match day and should be snapped up now.
