anyone saying that selling RVN was not wise is not a very good judge of football. The fact is he was a hugely prolific scorer. However he was selfish and lazy which are not unusual qualities in great strikers, however eventually it will hinder the rest of the team.

the point is he was very easy to pick up for defenders and he only played well if the team was playing well. Now with our current team we have many capable scorers and because of the movement up front defences are being pulled all over the place allowing other players to score.

Ruud was great but too predictable. We have moved on and scored more goals without him and are now top of the league. Looks like we'll buy a striker in Jan RP, unfortunately for you it won't be one of your lot.
