Reading have impressed everyone this season, and
Steve Coppell's side find themselves in eighth
place. They have only been beaten once in their last
five games, and that was against Chelsea. That also
includes a highly impressive 1-1 draw with Man Utd.
Arsenal will be disappointed by their 1-0 loss in
the Champions League midweek, but in the Premiership
they have won their last four games. On paper,
this looks like a pretty easy away win for Arsenal,
however I think its going to be alot tougher than
that for the Gunners. Reading do play with alot of
team spirit, and the players do work hard for each
other, which was seen in their good draw with Man
Utd. Why each way? Well I believe 1/2 odds 1-2-3
represents fair place odds and 15/2 is very enticing
(The Magic Sign are only laying 5's... they have
cottoned on!).
The only negatives I can see is Falkirk's poor
record at Pittodrie and my poor record of placing
naps on here! How I would love a double Germany v.
Italy at this last World Cup. Probably the best 0-0
after ninety minutes I've seen, and extra time saw
both teams going for it - makes a change compared to
usual!
As for being at a game, still not quite sure how we
brought it back to 4-4 against Middlesbrough having
been 1-4 down with twelve minutes to go!
be confident because once Utd go 1 in front I
appreciate the bgame will open up but if that 1st
goal is after H/T Utd will be happy to play on the
break & could either score no more or let City come
onto them which could produce an equalizer
afterwhich they will defend for their lives
Good luck anyway as I am a 2-2 Layer for small
stakes and a big one for the scoreless
Reading have only lost once at home, and that was
to Chelsea. Arsenal have won their last four matches
but their wins do include victories over the lesser
teams, Watford, Charlton, Sheffield Utd. I'm sure
that Reading playing at home will offer a lot more
resistance than those teams. Unsurprisingly the
bookmakers have long odds on a home win of 5/1 which
do offer some appeal. I'm not sure Steve Coppell's
team can actually win, but i wouldnt be surprised if
they held Arsenal to a draw. Due to this I'm looking
at the asian handicap and I do fancy
