I think we have a real talent in Anichebe - strong fast
and already much better than Beattie. I know the opposition
was poor but thought Davies looked really good at Right back
- much better than Neville who back pedals all the time.
Only worry for me was that we always look as if we need that
extra man in midfield which limits us playing 2 up front.
Suppose a class midfielder could cure that. anyone know how

mm, Sorry if you have been asked this before but have you
heard anything about the young Ipswich striker we are
supposed to be interested in? I think his name is Billy
Clarke. it was down to the fact that he hasn't had a great
run in the team and when selected asked to play centre mid
of which he will never be whilst he has a hole in his @rse.Looked
hungry against Sheff Utd and filled in very well last night
at right back, showing the right attitude and I think there
is no doubt he possesses ability.all the time and fancy a
look but it's such an effort to make it to the end.with my

anyway, i expected our usual league cup struggle with
probably a 2-1 win but they did the job properly which will
hopefully give em the much needed confidence they'll need
