The second area: I imagine his very foccused approach could see him taking poor performances personally and getting players backs up by having a pop disproportinate to the display.
As I said regarding Ratzinski's comments, that Moyesy treat his players like kids, that could be a serious problem. Firm but fair can be respected but just being an will not work. think we're all in agreement with regard to Moyes. He wasn't my choice for manager at the time, and I stand by that assertion. BUT, he does deserve enormous credit for his achievement last season and to be calling for his head is nothing short of ridiculous.
